What we collect
When you send a quote request or a message through the site we process the details you provide: name, company, email, phone, delivery address, the technical specification of the packaging and any artwork files you attach. The site uses no advertising cookies. Technical log data (IP address, browser, time of access) is kept for security and troubleshooting.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and perform any resulting contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Retention
Enquiries and quotes are kept for up to 3 years after the last contact; data relating to concluded contracts is kept for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
Processors
The site is hosted and maintained by Exiqze Ltd (Exiqze platform) on servers in Bulgaria under a data processing agreement. Files and messages do not leave the European Union.
